What a plan pays for

The software that keeps your vault healthy, and ordinary support by email for anything about using it.

What it doesn't

Our time. Anything done with you, in person or on a call, is separate: the Vault Day, replacing a device together, a named relationship. Fixed-price, agreed in advance, and never required to use the software.

Support, on every plan

Support is the same on every plan: by email, within the stated days. For anything that touches your keys or a transaction half-way through, a call beats email; members book one from inside the app.

If you stop paying, nothing locks.

Checks and reminders stop. Creating new vaults stops. Spending, your keys and your recovery kit never depend on a subscription, because we never hold anything that could depend on one.
